Quality Control Procedures
Incoming Material Control: Raw materials are inspected against technical specs, with supplier audits for consistency. Non-compliant batches are rejected.
In-Process Checks: Automated systems and manual inspections monitor critical parameters (thickness, sealing, print alignment) in real time. Statistical Process Control (SPC) flags deviations for immediate correction.
Final Inspection: Finished products undergo AQL sampling or 100% testing (e.g., leak tests, durability checks) before approval. Certificates of Analysis (CoA) accompany shipments.
